Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet every customer within 30 seconds of entering the store
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Crocs customer service standards
- Identify customer needs and use product knowledge to recommend suitable products
- Close sales and secure add-on sales
- Encourage repeat visits and build customer loyalty
- Monitor daily sales against individual targets throughout the day
Inventory Management
- Replenish footwear, apparel, and accessories from the storeroom daily
- Minimise shrinkage by zoning the store and following fitting room policies
- Ensure accurate inventory entries in POS systems
- Process deliveries by checking quantities against invoices, tagging, pricing, and capturing items in the POS system
- Process customer orders
Daily Store Operations
- Maintain store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and tidying fitting rooms)
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when required
- Keep counters and work areas neat and organised
Training & Development
- Take responsibility for your own training and development
- Work with an assigned buddy during onboarding
- Attend quarterly training sessions and complete assessments
- Receive monthly feedback from your store manager
- Participate in monthly progress meetings using the Crocs Rookie Pack
- Training progress will influence promotion opportunities
Merchandising
- Maintain store presentation according to Crocs visual merchandising standards
- Ensure correct sizing and stock availability
- Assist with window and mannequin changes every two weeks
- Ensure POS materials are correctly stored to prevent damage

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Crocs product knowledge is an advantage
